I recently ordered and received my new dotted Moleskine notebook to use once I finish my current one (which is soon! Wow!). I was super excited, so I couldn’t wait to start it out! One of the things I always do in a new bullet journal is have a pretty cover/title page that sets the tone, right on the first or second page of the notebook.
I was really feeling a minimalistic theme, so I started out by drawing up a bunch of thumbnail ideas I could then choose from. A simple Pinterest or Google Images search will bring up hundreds of inspirational images.
Once I’d done this, because I just couldn’t decide (though I had a slight preference for #5 and #7), I posted it on Mistral Spirit’s instagram story begging for some help with the decision. 😀 Eventually, it was #7 that I settled on.
I like to first sketch big things like this in my bullet journal before going over with pen and ink, so that’s what I did. The pen I used was a Pitt Faber-Castell fineliner in size “S”.
The final product turned out fantastic! I’m really pleased with it! 🙂
